Drink Your Water!

Let's talk about water and how drinking it or not effects the health and appearance of your skin.

We all know that one person that swears they can't/don't drink water and most of us might wonder in horror "how are you still alive??" 🤣🤣🤣

But for some it's not that big a deal and they probably don't drink as much water as they should either.

Here's why you should change that and drink several glasses of 💧 a day!

"Up to 60% of the adult body is 💧. According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% 💧, and the lungs are about 83% 💧. The skin contains 64% 💧, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31% (www.usgs.gov)"

All that water needs to be replenished daily and soda and coffee just don't cut it.

When you're drinking enough water you're flushing toxins from the body that otherwise may have come out as pimples (or B. O. 🤢)

Another benefit of drinking plenty of water is hydrating from the inside out. Your skin will look and feel more supple and hydrated. If you're not getting enough water it will begin to show in your skin. Dullness, dry skin, dark circles around eyes, skin that doesn't seem to bounce back, grayness, and tired looking skin can all be symptoms of a lack of water.

So drink up! Your skin depends on it. 🧡
