SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This notification will include tracking information.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping is available, and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nzuri Wewe Body Essentials is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jauhararaeesa@nzuriwewe.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
DAMAGED GOODS AND RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jauhararaeesa@nzuriwewe.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please include photos of shipping packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

REFUND POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase it can be refunded within seven days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be subtracted from the refund total. Once item is returned the refund will be processed. Some purchases are eligible for exchange.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By purchasing products from Nzuri Wewe Body Essentials, whether directly through Nzuri Wewe Body Essentials or through an external vendor, you affirm that you fully understand and agree to the following Release of Liability and Terms & Conditions. I acknowledge, attest, agree and represent as follows:
I am at least 18 years of age.
I understand that my safety is my responsibility.
I fully understand and accept, without limitation, sole responsibility for all of the risks associated with my consuming either externally and/or orally, any Herbal Supplemental products provided by Nzuri Wewe Body Essentials, including allergic reactions whether through my own actions or those of others.
I understand and agree that the safety and wellbeing of minors under the age of 18 or over the age of 18, that I provide by oral consumption or external use, any Nzuri Wewe Body Essentials products, are my sole responsibility.
I agree to disclose any and all food allergies, dietary restrictions, and medical health concerns of myself to Nzuri Wewe Body Essentials via email or in person prior to purchase and/or use.
This Customer Waiver & Release of Liability and subsequent Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with, and its validity and effect (including any claims for breach of any of the terms thereof) shall be governed by the law, and this Consumer Waiver and Release of Liability and subsequent Terms and Conditions contains the entire understanding and the agreement of the parties hereto and supersedes all other written and oral exchanges, arrangements or negotiations among them, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter hereof.
I do hereby release and agree to hold harmless Nzuri Wewe Body Essentials, its affiliates, owners, vendors, operators, agents and employees from any and all liability associated with the above representations and agreements. In addition, purchasing holistic products is at my sole risk, and I agree to release, discharge, defend and indemnify against, any and all liability, whether caused by willful or negligent conduct, Nzuri Wewe Body Essentials, its affiliates, owners, operators, agents, and employees from any claims, actions and liabilities for injury (including death), illness and allergies. This release shall extend to and include any person/entity acting through or on my behalf.
NON-PHYSICIAN CLAUSE:
My objective is to help you achieve optimum health and vitality consistent with your own goals. Natural Body Care is my primary specialty and represents my area of expertise. The degree of incorporation of these systems will vary from case to case.
I believe that the human body is an amazing system that is self-healing, and that the proper use of whole foods, herbs, body care, and lifestyle choices maintain or return the body to a healthy state. The basic principle is to help the body’s natural capacity to restore balance, health, and harmony. Depending on the client’s wishes, recommendations may incorporate nutrition, herbs, and/ or herbal supplements.
I am NOT a Medical Doctor nor do I practice western medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. I do not claim to cure disease. Nor do I give advice about pharmaceuticals and medications at any time.
I have no objections and recommend to my clients that they see or be evaluated by their own medical doctor before implementing any herbal methods and/or the use of Holistic Body Care products. If you have any questions or concerns about your condition, I highly recommend you discuss it with your physician.
All client conversations are confidential. I hold all information gathered and discussed with you in strict confidence, unless you request otherwise in writing.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from nzuriwewe.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
